Pepa Brower is originally from the East Coast, Vermont and New York City. She transplanted to Seattle in 1998 to join her family and pursue her
restaurant career which had begun 25 years earlier, when she landed her first job as a car hop at the local A&W Root beer. Her love for the restaurant
business was instant and has remained steadfast. She has been part of opening some of Seattle's finest restaurants such as Fira, Dinette, and Brasa
where she first met and worked with Julie. Her time in the Pacific Northwest has also included owning and operating her own catering and events company
alongside her husband and chef Dre.
Pepa is ecstatic to be a new member of the La Medusa family, part of a restaurant she has loved and admired for a very long time. When she is not
running the front of the house at La Medusa, she will most likely be found setting an exquisite table, preparing to entertain her friends and family.
